Jobs (translation, copyediting, graphics, DTP, etc.) will be accepted only when accompanied by a regular Purchase Order stating completion date requested and declaring payment terms and conditions.

Upon job completion, together with the document, we will send the pertinent invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoice will be produced in PDF printable format and sent to the same e-mail address used for sending the finished job, as from your Purchase Order.

Invoices must be settled within the due date declared in the invoice itself, without any sort of rounding off and using the stated currency (€ [Euro], £ [British Pound], USD [US Dollar], etc.).
